1. What is your maximum bending capacity?

Depending on the machine model, our machines offer a maximum bending capacity of up to Ø100 mm tube diameter and 5 mm wall thickness.

2. Which types of tubes can you bend?

We can work with various materials, including titanium, chrome, copper, CuNiFe, aluminum, and steel. The appropriate machine, tooling, and process selection are determined according to the tube material and technical specifications.

3. Which brands do you use for electrical components?

We use Delta brand products for PLCs, servo motors, and drive systems.

One of the reasons is Delta’s extensive sales, service, and spare parts network, which is available in many cities and countries. This supports reliable maintenance and easy access to replacement components.

For other electrical switchgear components, we prefer Siemens or Schneider Electric.

Our aim is to provide reliable components, sustainable service, and accessible spare parts.

4. Do you provide remote technical support?

Yes. For our NC and CNC machines, we can provide technical support via remote internet connection when suitable connection conditions are available.

Our engineers assist customers remotely with troubleshooting, programming support, and new model development.

5. Do you keep spare parts in stock?

Yes. We keep spare parts for our machines in stock to support long-term service continuity.

6. Where is your service team based?

Our service organization is based in Kayseri, Türkiye. In addition, we provide support to our customers through solution partners in different cities.

7. How does your service support continue after the warranty period?

We prioritize providing technical support throughout the service life of our machines.

For issues that cannot be resolved by phone, we organize on-site service as soon as possible under suitable conditions. Our solution-oriented approach also continues for Livmak branded machines that are out of warranty or purchased second-hand.

8. What assurance do you provide regarding bending quality and precision?

We ask our customers to send us the tube they intend to bend.

We perform sample bending and evaluate the bending quality, dimensions, and production suitability together with the customer. After customer approval, we proceed with machine shipment.

This approach helps ensure the correct machine and tooling selection before production begins.

9. Can I bring my own tube to your factory for a trial bending test?

We evaluate trial bending requests according to tube dimensions, tooling radius, and machine model.

Since it may not always be possible to have every machine and tooling set ready at the same time, advance planning is important.

10. Which machine model do you recommend for my tube bending application?

Simply share the product you manufacture and the specifications of the tube to be bent with us.

Based on our manufacturing experience across different industries, we provide guidance on selecting the appropriate machine and tooling.

11. Do you provide operator training after machine delivery?
